Services

When you place an Order and submit payment, you purchase our services solely for your own use. All services are final and non refundable except where a refund is expressly considered under the policy below. We encourage you to review these terms carefully before placing an order or making a payment.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy outlines the specific conditions under which refunds may be considered. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

1. Change of Mind

If you decide not to proceed with your project after placing an order, you may request a refund within one hour of order placement. A 25% processing fee applies to all change of mind cancellations. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted due to the commitment of resources to your project.

2. Unsatisfactory Delivery

Our aim is to meet all agreed upon project specifications. If completed work does not meet the documented requirements, we offer the following remedies before considering a refund:

• Unlimited Revisions: We provide unlimited revisions to help align the final product with your documented project needs.
• Reassignment or Rewrite: We may reassign your project or rewrite content where necessary to achieve satisfaction.
• Credit for Future Use: If the work remains unsatisfactory, you may reserve an equal number of pages or equivalent value for future services.

If these remedies do not resolve the issue, a partial refund may be considered based on mutual agreement and the specific circumstances of the project.

Delayed Delivery

While we prioritize on time delivery, a refund will be considered only if a delay occurs solely due to our error and is documented through at least three attempted communications. Refunds for late delivery will be granted only when the delay is directly attributable to Bookify Publishers.

Refund Eligibility Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the original payment date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Minor Errors: Small errors, such as typographical or grammatical issues, do not qualify for full refunds. Partial refunds or discounts for future services may be offered where appropriate.
• Client Related Delays: Refunds will not be issued for delays or issues resulting from the client's actions, missing information, or lack of communication.
• Third Party Services: No refunds will be provided for services involving external platforms or third party services.
• Subjective Quality Concerns: Refunds will not be granted for stylistic concerns when the work is consistent with the agreed project scope.

At no time shall the Company, its affiliates, or associates be liable for failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, destruction, theft, unauthorized access, modification, or use of information available on the website.
